Locations along the D&RGW Locations along the San Juan Extension Antonito, CO

Much of old Antonito survives, right down to the old wye where the San Juan Extension connected with the north-south line between Alamosa, CO, and Santa Fe, NM. These photos were taken in the last months of Union Pacific operations on the line in 2003.
