2013 Week 24: Jun 16 - Jun 22D&RGW K-28 #475 makes its way south on the Silverton Branch with a small freight train. This location looks much different today - it's the corner of Main Avenue and Camino del Rio in Durango, CO. Taken in July of 1939 by an unknown individual, 475 would only have about three more years in the Rockies before being shipped to the White Pass as part of the war effort.
