During early September 2007, UP was hard at work replacing the signal system at West Rollinsville. The old searchlights are being replaced, and the CTC lineside control circuits are being changed out for newer, radio-controlled equipment.
The two frog-end signals and their replacements, along with the codeline in the way. Enjoy the codeline now - the new system is equipped for ATCS-style radio control, and will eliminate the need for codeline.
Another look at the old D&SL-style searchlights and the new replacement signal (which, oddly, looks a lot more "Rio Grande"ish, matching the hooded color light signals found on the old D&RG system)
